To be eligible for an SDA Property you need to be over 18 years and on the NDIS, be approved or applying for SDA and have 1:1 supports for more than 5 hours per day. You will need to agree to allocate backup funding in your plan for the shared onsite overnight support and you will need to live well with other residents in adjoining Villas.
